Songdo Library

This Songdo library international design competition was a project I participated in Korea at Sumock Architects & Associates. The area is located in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, city of Incheon, Korea. Our design represents traditional Korean building layout methods. The bold and iconic mass looks buoyant and the guarding stone walls and walking ramps surround the area inviting visitors to relax and reflect. The building’s inward energy folds the surroundings and folds the visitors with warmth.

My contributions to the projects are concept design, landscape design, 3D modelling and rendering.
