LOFT ONE City Apartment

This city apartment is mainly for young people and those who recently started working and have fewer resources and it is located in Muk-dong, Seoul, Korea. The apartment is focused on providing affordable and yet very comfortable, sensible and trendy living space for young people. The building design is bold and clean and the interior design is cosy and lively. Life in the big city can be tiresome and exhausting. By offering a great place for people to relax and retreat, we wanted to support young people. There are lots of community facilities including several different roof gardens, a gym, a cafe and a communal kitchen where people can gather and enjoy shared meals and memories.

My contributions to the project are building design, landscape design, green energy design/permit, exterior design and detail documentation.
