Korea Electric Power Corporation Employee Residential Complex

This is a design proposal for an employee residential complex for Korea Electric Power Corporation and it is located in Jeju, Korea. The apartment is for employees and their families of the Korean energy company which promotes green energy and sustainability. The main concept is focused on green energy and sustainability. Jeju Island is located in the most southern part of Korea and it’s known for its warm weather. Taking advantage of the warm weather, the apartment has unique design features such as moving window screens, solar panels and water features throughout the complex to manage the microclimate. The proposal won the 3rd prize.

My contributions to the project are building design, landscape design, exterior design and documentation.
